Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s digital transformation strategy, driving innovation and delivering measurable business value across functions.
• Champion the digital vision by aligning teams, removing barriers, and ensuring clear understanding of transformation goals.
• Establish and manage digital programs, business processes, KPIs, governance, and resource allocation to track progress and execute decisions efficiently.
• Advise global process owners on relevant digital solutions including automation, AI/ML, analytics, and emerging technologies based on process needs.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and change delivery teams to integrate new technologies and stay ahead of digital trends.
