Oversee the end to end recruitment process to ensure timely selection of qualified candidates and implement effective onboarding programs for smooth employee integration.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity, and create retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
Implement and manage performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Prepare and present HR performance reports to senior management, and address employee grievances while facilitating effective conflict resolution.
