Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the division’s goals, and lead workforce planning and forecasting to meet manpower requirements.
  • Oversee the end to end recruitment process to ensure timely selection of qualified candidates and implement effective onboarding programs for smooth employee integration.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity, and create retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and present HR performance reports to senior management, and address employee grievances while facilitating effective conflict resolution.
