The GM – Domestic Tower Marketing will be spearhead the marketing and business development initiatives for Skipper's domestic transmission and telecom tower segments, this leadership role demands strategic planning, team management, and direct engagement with key stakeholders to drive growth and maintain Skipper's market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance market share in the domestic transmission and telecom tower sectors.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the domestic marketing team, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Brand Management: Oversee marketing communications to strengthen Skipper's brand presence in the domestic market.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and delivery timelines.
Qualifications :
Education: MBA/PGDBM in Marketing from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in marketing/sales in B2B marketing.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
