Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare GA drawings, shop drawings, BOMs, cutting lists, and nesting plans for steel poles.
• Convert design calculations into fabrication-ready drawings and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Perform drawing checks, revision control, and manufacturability reviews.
• Optimize material usage and support production, QA, and planning teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for technical approvals and issue resolution.
• Provide shop-floor support and manage drawing updates based on production feedback.
• Lead and mentor detailers, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain document control and quality standards."
