Discussion with Engineering Team for review/optimization of quantity in case of Lump Sum Contract.
Pre-Bid Meeting- Compiling the Queries internally & externally from vendors suppliers & then attending the Pre-Bid meetings in online or offline modes as specified in tender, to get the same resolved.
Floating Inquiries to suppliers & sub-contractors for Quotation & PQR documents as required.
Uploading & Submission of Bid.
Coordinate with Techno commercial & Financial Bid, uploading e-bidding portal.
Spearheading activities involving Pre tendering in Techno Commercial specifications in the upcoming tenders and future prospects.
Pre Tendering activity - Preparation of Synopsis of the tender for management approval.
Offer Making - Techno-commercial negotiations with Private customers / consultants Tender Submission.
Business development, market study & gathering information from customers of Transmission Industry.
Negotiation meetings and price bid opening for respective customers
Taking margin approval from the management after showing the target price and costing
Order Acquisition including formulation and finalisation of contracts
Generated enquiry for getting offer and interacting with local vendors for good offers
Preferred:- Must have experience of Tendering of 765 KV TBCB Projects of Power Grid
