Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the full project portfolio from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely, cost effective, and high quality delivery of multiple transmission line projects.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to strengthen execution efficiency, governance, and profitability.
• Provide strong leadership to project teams, ensuring consistent standards and seamless execution across all projects.
• Collaborate with business development and tendering teams on feasibility, timelines, and resource planning during bidding.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to milestones, budgets, and client requirements.
• Ensure transparent reporting and compliance through robust governance frameworks; must have hands on experience in 765 KV transmission lines and PGCIL TBCB projects.
