Projects Commissioned (Supply of 115 kV, 61 Poles with Designs Delivered Within Compressed Schedule, Canada)

The customer faced multiple design changes during the project but still aimed to maintain the original delivery schedule. Despite these challenges, the full order—valued at $1.1 million USD and comprising 61 structures across four design variants—was delivered within 24 weeks after the final design modifications. All design documents, including Fabrication, Assembly, BOM drawings, PLS-Pole “.bak” files, and cage assembly drawings, were submitted within the first 3 weeks.

Customer approval followed in 2 weeks, enabling the production phase to be completed in 4 weeks. Shipping required 6 weeks of sailing from the Indian port to the Canadian port, followed by an additional 1 week to reach the customer site.
