Q3 & 9M FY’26 Performance Highlights

Skipper Limited delivered its highest-ever quarterly performance in Q3 FY’26, with revenue of ?13,706 Mn, up 21% YoY, EBITDA of ?1,414 Mn, up 28% YoY with margins expanding to 10.3%, and PAT before exceptional items rising 40% YoY to ?502 Mn, driven by operating leverage and disciplined execution.

For 9M FY’26, the Company recorded its highest-ever revenue of ?38,862 Mn, up 17% YoY, with standalone EBITDA margin improving to 10.3% from 9.8%, PBT (before exceptional items) increasing 38% YoY to ?1,874 Mn with margins of 4.8%, and PAT before exceptional items growing 38% YoY to ?1,397 Mn, expanding margins to 3.6% from 3.0%.

As of December 2025, Skipper’s order book stood at a record ~US$ 1 billion (?90,093 Mn), comprising 90% domestic and 10% export orders, with Q3 FY’26 order inflows of ?14,286 Mn and cumulative 9M FY’26 inflows of ?46,490 Mn, up 24% YoY, supported by a robust bidding pipeline of ~US$ 3 billion (>?270,000 Mn).

During the quarter, the Company secured two 765 kV transmission line EPC projects from PGCIL in Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka, while the EPC division is currently executing ~5,000 circuit kilometres of EHV & HVDC transmission projects and successfully completed plant audits for new customers from the Middle East and North America.

The newly added 75,000 MTPA capacity is fully operational, with an additional 75,000 MTPA expansion underway to take total capacity to 450,000 MTPA by the end of FY’26; the Company also received the Great Place to Work® certification for the fifth consecutive year, went live with SAP S/4HANA RISE across key functions, and expects 20%+ revenue CAGR growth in the current year with momentum expected to strengthen further.
